What Visitors Are Saying
James, I just wanted to say thanks for running a preserve that is always guaranteed to provide the setting for a great time. I have been out four times this past year for both dog training and hunting, and have worked with Ken Adams each time. Ken is a fantastic trainer and guide, and thanks to him my Boykin Spaniel (Beau) is becoming a bonafide hunting dog. When it comes to upland game hunting in the state of NC, you guys are the best! Even though the hunting season is wrapping up, I am still going to try and get out there a few times during the spring for some … Continue reading →See All Testimonials

James, The hunt was great and the layout of the property is excellent. Ken was a great guide. Thank you!
Lilly is the most caring and loving dog we have ever had.
Mr. James, My family and I cannot begin to express the appreciation to you and your staff for making this a fun and safe experience for my family and me. After the shoot, I called several people, and we visited several family members before we could get home to show off the birds. We had to share our experience about Anderson Creek Hunting with them. I am sure more business will come your way. Again, thanks a million. We look forward to a long hunting relationship with you. James, Lindsey and James Hooker,ll
James, Sarah and I really enjoyed the hunt. Beautiful land, fine dogs and good flying birds. Ken was not only a good guide but great company. Attached are a few photos. Thanks again,
Here’s the photo of Gerhard and Madison’s first coyote hunt on 19 Oct 12. Madison was the spot lighter and Gerhard was the shooter.
James and Ken, I want to personally thank you for a great day of shooting this past Saturday. My dad and I had a wonderful day of shooting and we really enjoyed getting to tour the property. 10 Chukar and 10 Pheasant made for a perfect day. Thanks for the hospitality and thanks to Ken for making the day really special. We look forward to getting out there again soon, my dad can’t wait to come back and hunt with Vollie again! By the way the Chukar meat was a huge hit, really tender and delicious. Thanks again for a great father and son day,
Jim, My father-in-law and I had a great time on your preserve this morning. Ken Adams was our guide and he was phenomenal. We shot a total of 23 birds in less than 3 hours; 11 pheasant, 4 Chukar, and 8 Quail. Ken brought five dogs and they were all over it! Your fields are well maintained and Ken did a great job getting us some quality trigger time.
Dear Mr. Farrar, It was so very nice to see you yesterday. We always enjoy our time spent with you & your wonderful dogs. Doc (AKC – I’m Your Huckleberry) is doing great & has settled into being a fantastic addition to our family. He is super nice with our kids & loves to be around babies. He is very quiet & sweet natured. Our family & friends adore Doc! Thank you for allowing us to add Doc to our lives, he is such a blessing. We look forward to our next visit with you & we will bring Doc up to see everyone soon. Take Care,
Hi James, This past late fall we took a trip to your preserve and Ken Adams was our guide. We had a super good time hunting with Ken. We shot 20 birds (pheasant, chukar and quail).
